Spice has announced the launch of Stellar 440 smartphone in India. The device is now listed on the company’s site with the price tag of Rs 5,249. The Spice Stellar 440 can be grabbed from the e-commerce site, Saholic, at the discounted price of Rs 4,199.
The new Stellar series smartphone comes with dual-front speakers along with Analog TV capability which allows the device to catch the signal of terrestrial TV channels off the air, without any need of hardware add-ons.
The dual-SIM (GSM+GSM) Spice Stellar 440 runs on Android 4.4 KitKat out-of-the-box. The device sports 10.16-cm (4-inch) (480×800 pixels) WVGA TFT LCD display and is powered by a 1GHz dual-core processor alongside 512MB of RAM.
The smartphone packs 4GB of inbuilt storage space which can be further expanded up to 32GB via microSD card, 3.2-MP rear camera with LED flash and a 1.3-MP front facing camera. For connectivity purpose, it supports GPRS/ EDGE, Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g/n, Micro-USB, Bluetooth and 3G (on both SIMs) options.
It packs 1400mAh battery, which as per the company is capable of delivering up to 4 hours of talk time and 144 hours of standby time on 2G network. As of now, the device is listed in Grey colour on the e-commerce site.
