Spice has launched a new Stellar-series smartphone, the Stellar 431, priced at Rs. 3,499. The Spice Stellar 431 will be available via physical retail stores apart from the company’s Saholic website.
The dual-SIM based Spice Stellar 431 runs Android 4.4 KitKat out-of-the-box. It features a 4-inch (480×800 pixels) WVGA TFT LCD display. The smartphone is powered by a 1GHz dual-core (unspecified) processor coupled with 512MB of RAM. It comes with 4GB of inbuilt storage, which is further expandable via microSD card (up to 32GB).
The Stellar 431 sports a 3.2-megapixel rear camera with LED flash, while there is a secondary 1.3-megapixel front-facing camera also onboard. On the connectivity front, the smartphone offers 3G, GPRS/ EDGE, Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g/n, A-GPS, Micro-USB, and Bluetooth options. The new Spice Stellar 431 packs a 1500mAh battery with no word on talk time and standby time.

Spice Mobility earlier this month launched its new Android One smartphone in Indonesia, Nepal and Sri Lanka. Out of the three regions, the Spice Android One smartphone in Indonesia was launched under a different brand name, as the Nexian Journey One. The smartphone runs Android 5.1 Lollipop. Apart from the updated OS, the smartphone is no different from the previously launched Android One smartphones in India.
