Dr.WEB, Russian developer of information security software, updated the component SpIDer Agent in its Dr.Web Security Space and Dr.Web anti-virus 8.0 for Windows. The update corrects a known defect.
In particular, it resolves the issue when the component might terminate abnormally on computers whose CPUs didn’t support the instructions set SSE2.
The update will be performed automatically; however, a system reboot will be required.
