Incorrect Address & Non-Delivery

    • Customers must provide accurate shipping details. We are not responsible for non-delivery due to incorrect addresses.
    • If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, reshipping charges may apply.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

Subscription Cancellation

    • Subscribers can cancel their subscription at any time through their account dashboard or by contacting our support team.
    • Once canceled, the subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing cycle, and no further payments will be deducted. 
    • Refunds are not applicable for partially used subscription periods. In case of accidental charges or billing issues, users can request a review within 7 days of the transaction.
