Supercomp Unveiling Octane 600 V.A. UPS

The new launch to provide larger power verticals market pie to the company

After the thumping success of its SUPERCOMP UPS range, Supertron Electronics Pvt Limited, one of the largest distributor of IT Hardware products, today unveiled the new model of Octane 600 V.A. UPS. With this new launch, Supertron’s own brand Supercomp will further strengthen its position in Power Verticals. Now Supercomp would be having the UPS range for entry level for SOHO users to mid level for SME/SMB & Corporate segment.

It is to be noted that Supercomp Thunder 700 (600 VA) and Rhino UPS has already been widely accepted by the Channel and the End Customer as one of the most reliable and aesthetically perfect product.

Octane 600 V.A UPS is expected to boast of unique features such as wide input voltage range of 140-300 V.A.C with nominal frequency 50 Hz and Advance Battery Management Technology for longer battery life. It is Inverter/Generator compatible. This UPS will also have low thermal dissipation with phone & network surge protection. The noise level will be surprisingly low at lesser than 45db.

The Octane UPS model would be having input frequency 50 Hz +/- 10% with input voltage 140 VAC to 300 VAC and output voltage 220 – 240 V. a.c. +/- 10% with PWM/DC, sine wave/ AC. It also has the alarm system for low battery, overload and fault.

Mr. Deepak Bhandari confirmed that the organization is focusing on the power vertical and will be adding more products to address this vertical in future. He also thanked the Channel Partners who have provided unstinted support, and have thus enabled Supertron to launch new models for completing the product range.

Supertron will be offering this Octane UPS models nationally through its strong network of 35 branch offices to the Supercomp Empowered Partners (SEP).
