With the elaborate success of surface devices in 2018, Microsoft, on Monday, initiated the sales for its most affordable and smallest surface device, the surface Go. Microsoft Surface Go is a mid-range 2-in-1 convertible business tablet aimed to deliver portable desktop-like experience with great efficiency and finesse.
Surface Go is powered by a 7th Gen Intel Pentium Gold Processor 4415Y for optimized work performance and battery life. The device is protected by Gorilla Glass 3, making it a complete performer for daily business use. Surface Go is a Flipkart exclusive and goes on sale from Monday at a starting price of Rs 38,599.
The Surface Go is set to take on the Apple iPad Pro with its 10-inch PixelSense touchscreen display with a resolution of 1800 x 1200 pixels in a 3:2 aspect ratio. With its built-in full friction hinge, the screen can extend to 165-degree screen adjustment, according to user convenience.
On the tech cards, Surface Go uses Intel HD Graphics 615 GPU for its graphics performance and Windows Hello and TPM 2.0 for efficient and secure functioning. The business tab also sports a headphone jack and a MicroSD card reader. Surface Go runs 64-bit Windows 10 Home in S mode with Surface Pen support with 4,096 levels of pressure sensitivity, low pen parallax, low latency and precision for accurate note-taking and drawing.
On the camera tab, Surface Go dons an 8-megapixel autofocus rear camera with a 5-megapixel HD front camera for snaps and video calls.
Users will have to separately purchase supported accessories like Surface Pen and Cover keyboard available at Flipkart.
