Synegra EMS Ltd. Announces Appointment of Mr. Natarajan S as CEO

Synegra EMS Ltd., a subsidiary of Smartlink Holdings Ltd. and a leading manufacturer of IT, Networking and Telecom products appoints Mr. Natarajan S as Whole Time Director and CEO. In this role, he will be responsible for leading and managing the strategy and execution of the business and heading the overall operational responsibilities.

Announcing the appointment, K.R. Naik, Executive Chairman, Smartlink Holdings Ltd. said, “We are extremely delighted to appoint Mr. Natarajan S as CEO of Synegra. Being a director of Synegra previously, Mr. Natarajan holds an understanding of the company and its business operations. His more than 3 decades of experience & strong leadership approach will strengthen the company’s operations and will lead Synegra to greater heights.”

Mr. Natarajan has over 30+ years of successful stints in Public sector, Large & Medium Indian Private, Global MNC & Section 8 Non-Profit Academia. He has worked in L&T, Nuclear Power Corporation, Tata Unisys/Tata Infotech, Intel, D-Link/Smartlink. His last stint in the Industry was with Intel as a Director, Strategy Planning. In his last role at Intel, he worked closely with hardware start-up ecosystem and currently he continues to support “DERBI Foundation” a Section ‘8’ academia led start-up incubator. 

On educational front, he holds a BE in Electronics & Power from Visvesvaraya National Institute of Technology (formerly VRCE) Nagpur and a PG Diploma in Software Technology from National Center for Software Technology (NCST) –(now merged with C-DAC).
