Taiwan’s Nodal Trade Development Council TAITRA Partners With GATES Summit 2016

Agreement will bring key Taiwanese ICT players to explore business expansion opportunities in the Indian ICT market .

TAITRA (Taiwan External Trade Development Council), Taiwan’s foremost non-profit trade promotion organization, confirms to partner with GATES for the upcoming ICT Reseller Channel Summit 2016.

The Taiwan External Trade Development Council (TAITRA) is globally recognized as Taiwan’s foremost non-profit trade promotion organization, with over 60 offices worldwide. For more than 40 years, TAITRA has been highly commended for its professional and outstanding services, offering a host of trade related services that cater to different business needs. Partially supported by the Taiwanese government and various commercial and industrial associations, TAITRA has been entrusted to spearhead numerous government projects, including the launch of the Taiwan Industry Image Enhancement Project (IEP) for the promotion of Taiwanese industries and to raise awareness for brands internationally. TAITRA promotes Taiwanese brands for overseas business expansion under the aegis of ‘Taiwan Excellence’.

TAITRA plans to leverage the GATES ICT Reseller Channel Summit as the ideal platform to actively promote the Taiwan Excellence brands and help expand their presence in the dynamically growing Indian market.

The Expanding Emerging Market Association, a group under the TAITRA umbrella, works closely with the Taiwan Excellence brands and assists in finding opportunities in emerging markets such as India.

The brands that will make their presence at the Summit under Taiwan excellence include Apacer, ADATA, Silicon Power, Plustek, Gigabyte, Vivotek, Edimax, QNAP, ST&T, and Cyberpower.

The GATES ICT Reseller Channel Summit will be held at The Clarke’s Exotica Resort& Spa in Bengaluru between 4th and 6th of October, 2016. The summit will focus on bringing the ICT community under one roof.
