“Tech Xchange Event in Jaipur Highlights IT Landscape Navigation Through Startup Lens”

Assocham Rajasthan State Development Council (RSDC) had organized an interactive session on “Tech Xchange: Navigating the IT Landscape through the Startup Lens” on 11th August at Hotel Royal Orchid.

Jaipur, 16 August 2023: The apex industry body, Associated Chambers of Commerce, and Industry of India (ASSOCHAM RSDC) organized an interactive session on the conference on Tech Xchange: Navigating the IT Landscape through the Startup Lens on 11th August 2023 at Hotel Royal Orchid, Tonk Road, Jaipur.

More than 150+ IT Corporates & Startup participated in the session. Ar. Tushar Sogani, Chairman, ASSOCHAM RSDC said that IT corporates contributes 7.8% of GDP and they are targeting 10%. And he said during his talks that the youth of the country is driving it as by the youth, of the youth & for the youth.

 Shri Amit Purohit, iStart Program Manager, DOITC, Government of Rajasthan shared his views on Rajasthan Start up policy 2022 & shared insights on growth of Rajasthan based startup ecosystem.

 Shri Vishnu Mohan Jha, Co-Chairman, ASSOCHAM Rajasthan State Development Council concluded by vote of thanks during his talks, and he mentioned that IT & Startups are the engines of economy.

The Chief Editor of IT Voice, Mr. Tarun Taunk, was invited as one of the guest speakers to share his insights at this event regarding startups in the IT Landscape 

At the outset, Tarun Taunk was felicitated with a plant. Following the felicitation, Tarun Taunk proceeded to deliver his speech. In his speech, he touched upon the diversity of Rajasthan, highlighting its abundant resources and vast expanse. He noted that Rajasthan provides ample opportunities for growth and development. 

Mr. Taunk also pointed out that the term “Entrepreneur” has evolved into “Startup” over time, reflecting the changing dynamics of business. He emphasized that the IT sector alone has the potential to achieve our Prime Minister’s goal of a 5 trillion-dollar economy in the future.

He drew attention to the multi-lingual app, Bhasini, which can be downloaded on smartphones. This app allows businesses to operate in various state languages, even if individuals are not familiar with those languages. Additionally, he discussed the initiative by NIXI to introduce the .Bharat domain. In conclusion, Mr. Taunk advised not to compromise on one’s goals due to external pressures. He encouraged staying committed to goals, ensuring eventual success.
