Samsung is reportedly preparing for its S24 event in January, with the main attraction expected to be the Galaxy Ring, a smart ring that has been in advanced development since August.
While there are varying reports on its release date, some sources suggest it might come out this year, while others anticipate a 2024 launch due to development and certification requirements.
The smart ring, likely named Samsung Curio based on a trademark application, is expected to feature health sensors like ECG and PPG, wireless connectivity for integration with Samsung’s smart home ecosystem, and possibly voice control.
Pricing is expected to be relatively high, possibly exceeding $299 or around 2180 yuan.
