Samsung’s upcoming Galaxy A05 smartphone has recently been leaked, providing a glimpse of its design through live images. Now, the device has made an appearance on the Google Play Console listing, shedding light on some of its key specifications.
The listing begins by showcasing a high-resolution image of the Galaxy A05, revealing a flat back with a distinctive vertical line design pattern. The back also features a dual camera setup. On the front side, there’s a notched display and a noticeable chin at the bottom.
Further details from the listing indicate that the Galaxy A05 will be powered by a MediaTek Helio G85 processor, coupled with 4GB of RAM. Given its status as an entry-level smartphone, the likelihood of a 6GB RAM variant seems low.
The device will sport a 720 x 1600p HD+ display, offering a pixel density of 300PPI. It will run on an Android 13-based operating system with Samsung’s OneUI skin. These specifications indicate an improvement in the System-on-Chip (SoC) department compared to the previous generation. Other enhancements the phone may bring remain to be seen. Meanwhile, you can also check out the specifications of the Samsung Galaxy A04.
The Galaxy A04, on the other hand, features a 6.5-inch PLS LCD screen with an HD+ resolution of 720 x 1600 pixels and a 60Hz refresh rate. It is powered by an octa-core Helio P35 SoC, paired with 4GB of RAM and 128GB of internal storage. This device boasts a dual-camera setup with a 50MP primary camera and a 5MP front-facing camera. It supports 4G VoLTE connectivity and packs a substantial 5,000mAh battery.
