Ravi Raj is associated with ITeS industry from past 15 years. His previous industry experience comprises of 10 years in sales and support of high technology CNC Machines, industry automation, Robotics and Mechatronics. Prior to NetRack, he was associated with Magal Engineering Pvt Ltd and ABI India Pvt Ltd, holding different positions. He is associated with NetRack from 15 Years, from day of inception, became domain expert on racks and power solutions at corporate IT / office networking, engineering labs and data-center.

At NetRack, Ravi Raj is responsible to evaluate and develop useful solutions using emerging and proven technologies. His mission is to contribute to success of the company by providing unmatched combination of technical and commercial expertise, making NetRack globally recognized and most preferred brand in the IT space. He is skilled in project planning and management, mechanical engineering, solution selling, business development, direct sales, commissioning and manufacturing. Ravi Raj completed his Bachelor degree in Mechanical Engineering from VTU, Bangalore, India.

 

Nisha Harshwal: What are your recent tie-ups? What growth has your tie-ups provided in NetRack’s business?

 

Mr. Ravi Raj: NetRack is a single window solution provider for all data, network and server related solutions.

We had been tied up with Climaveneta as a cooling partner and Athenta as a DCIM partner. With Climaveneta, we offer innovative cooling solutions integrated in the data center cabinet which enables effective thermal management in the cabinet by air-flow management strategies. Our partnership with Athenta helps in catering our solutions to DCIM segment and meet the emerging customer requirements.

 

Nisha Harshwal: Has NetRack’s network gone global?

Mr. Ravi Raj: Yes, it has. We have a strong channel network in India as well as overseas.  With the help of our partners, we have successfully completed 800+ projects across 7+ countries. We have 5000+ satisfied customers across the world.

Besides India, currently we are focussing on UK, Europe and Middle East We received a good response from all the countries and our services have been appreciated.

Nisha Harshwal: What percentage of growth is the channel community expecting in the coming years?

Mr. Ravi Raj: Channel community is very crucial for our business. They help NetRack to find opportunities and penetrate into untapped regions and verticals. Since past one decade, we have witnessed significant growth in the Indian market. We have introduced new product line-up of racks to address the air-flow management issues in SMBs and IT sector.

With our new products and solutions, we are expecting 20%-30% growth from the channel network, focussed on SMB and IT & Government sectors. Also, we offer superior partner programs to our partners and product training to SIs which help them to grow individually, indirectly enabling company’s growth.

Nisha Harshwal: What line of new products is NetRack looking to launch as an OEM?

Mr. Ravi Raj: NetRack analyses the ever changing requirements of industry and develops integrated and innovative solutions. Racks and cabling come under passive market. Switching computing and storage are the active components to the data center market. So, we have tied up with active component service providers to provide a complete data center solution to the companies. With OEMs, we integrate racks, cooling, containment, PDUs and the software and assemble inside the data center and offer as a complete DC package to the customers.

 

Nisha Harshwal: What potential does the company sees in Indian market with respect to their products?

Mr. Ravi Raj: Having studied and understood the challenges faced by various industries in DCIM space, NetRack offers an array of services that serve to Store, Secure, Integrate and Systemize passive and active network components like:
