Venkatesh Palanidas: Our vision is to leverage our make in India capability and ensure we bring cutting edge technologies to India and this will help us achieve consistent growth, with a target of doubling our size every three years. We plan to strengthen our R&D capabilities, expand our product lines, and continue offering cutting-edge technologies. By focusing on growth and innovation, we aim to remain at the forefront of technology solutions, meeting the evolving needs of our customers.

We believe our comprehensive suite of solutions and more than 30 years of Industry experience in varied solutions sets us apart in the Industry. We cater to a diverse range of businesses with unique requirements. From providing mission critical business communication solutions like Walkie-Talkies, Unified communication and Contact Center Solutions to IoT and Fleet Mobility solutions for all Industry verticals.  Our combined understanding of diverse technology platforms and business processes of different verticals gives us an added advantage in facilitating the delivery of cutting-edge solutions and fueling our customers growth. Syntel by Arvind is accelerating its leadership in Enterprise Communication, Audio Visual System Integration and its Security and Surveillances portfolio. IT VOICE : How do you see the telecom and enterprise communication sector evolving over the next two years?

Venkatesh Palanidas :  The telecom and enterprise communication sector is poised for rapid transformation over the next two years. Key trends include the expansion of 5G, enabling faster and more reliable communication for mission-critical applications. AI-driven analytics and cloud integration will enhance surveillance and audio-video solutions. The demand for real-time, secure, and rugged communication tools like walkie-talkies and body-worn video will grow, particularly in public safety and enterprise security. Edge computing will improve latency and operational efficiency. Interoperability between communication devices will become a priority. IoT and smart surveillance will drive intelligent decision-making. Hybrid work environments will require more advanced AV integration. 

With the convergence of Telecom and Enterprise Communication, businesses are looking for solutions that combine high-quality communication infrastructure (for both voice and video) with interactive AV setups. Syntel by Arvind could offer end-to-end solutions that include both Enterprise communication and AV systems to provide a seamless enterprise communication experience.

Arya Omnitalk’s mission revolves around creating sustainable and tech-enabled solutions to solve complex urban challenges, especially in the waste management sector. For instance, our digital mobile radio systems provide robust communication solutions for large enterprises and government entities, ensuring critical information is transmitted reliably and securely. Our PoC technology enhances traditional walkie-talkies with features like geofencing and geo-tracking for city-wide connectivity. The implementation of AIS 140 GPS tracking devices is revolutionizing transportation and road safety in India. Our IoT connectivity solutions drive operational efficiency and smart decision-making across industries by enabling seamless interaction between devices and systems. This innovation enhances productivity and supports the development of smarter infrastructure, a crucial aspect of the Viksit Bharat initiative Our Security cameras, Audio Visual System Integration, Network Integration and Make in India Enterprise communication devices ensure that we support all forms of Governments Viksit Bharat Vision. 

IT VOICE : Are there any new product lines or technologies that will define your strategy this year?

Venkatesh Palanidas :  In today’s world, where crime is on the high-rise, the need to offer absolute security and safety in the becomes a top priority. Without this, there is too much at stake. AI-based solutions are making it easier to achieve strict vigilance and build a safer environment. The HALO Smart Sensor 3C is one such innovation that has gained significant traction. This AI-integrated device, provides real-time air quality monitoring, vaping detection, and sound alerts, which makes maintaining safe and healthy spaces for guests and staff easier.

As we look to the future, the synergy between AI and advanced technology will continue to drive innovation in the industry. Additionally, real-time monitoring, is a constant requirement .Arya Omnitalk’s VB400 integrated with AI-powered video analytics is a body-worn camera, provides security personnel with the ability to monitor premises efficiently and consistently in real time. This camera not only enhances on-ground security but also ensures transparency and compliance with safety protocols, which is extremely crucial in a guest-oriented industry. Clubbed with our audio-visual SNEOS camera sensors, these VB400 cameras and Motorola walkie-talkies can help on-ground teams to respond in situations concerning privacy, coordination and overall monitoring of the properties more accurately. 

In Syntel, we are Launching our Interactive Flat Panel Display to the larger audience and the Channel Partners community very soon. This will one of the very few Interactive Flat Panel displays in India with an integrated AI module which can be used for perfect Interactive Display panels in Education industry and corporate L&D centers along with Board rooms.

IT VOICE :  How does the company plan to strengthen its position in domestic and international markets?

Venkatesh Palanidas :  As the AI sector is rapidly evolving, we plan to integrate AI-driven insights and machine learning algorithms into our product offerings to provide smarter and more predictive solutions, which would appeal to both domestic and international markets.

We also wish to expand our smart city and IoT solutions for urban infrastructure, transportation, and healthcare that would significantly open domestic market potential, especially in growing cities. 

Given the increasing concern about security, Arya Omnitalk along with Syntel could bolster its security offerings to ensure that its IoT devices and systems are secure, providing a competitive edge in the global market.

IT VOICE  : What partnerships or collaborations are you exploring to accelerate growth?

Venkatesh Palanidas : Strategic partnerships and collaborations are vital for accelerating growth, expanding market reach, and enhancing their product and service offerings. We have constantly been partnering and collaborating with top global brands like MOTOROLA, NEC, ALCATEL LUCENT, BOSE and many such international brands. We also have a telecom partnership with all telcos in india like Airtel, Jio and Vi. This partnership and collaboration have helped us with a constant joint GTM to leverage each other’s strength in the marketplace.

IT VOICE : What measures are being taken to adapt to emerging market demands and technological disruptions?

Venkatesh Palanidas :  Innovation has always been a corner stone to be relevant in the marketplace, we ensure we adapt to market trends and bring in various innovative approaches for instance with the rapid growth of IoT technologies, Arya Omnitalk is continuously innovating its platform to integrate new sensor technologies and data analytics to optimize various business operations for our customers. We are likely to increase our focus on automation, real-time tracking, and predictive analytics to improve operational efficiency for clients. We are exploring AI-driven technologies for demand forecasting, inventory management, and route optimization. By integrating such AI, they can help clients make smarter decisions, reduce operational costs, and improve customer experience. At Syntel Telecom we have been partnering with all Telecom operators in India and we are trying to leverage the Cloud and Edge computing infra along with latest 5G deployment of operators and utilize it for many of our remote security and surveillance solutions with a combination of solar panels to make it a very efficient and robust solutions for all customers.

IT VOICE : How is Syntel by Arvind planning to improve customer service and satisfaction in 2025?

Venkatesh Palanidas :  We have enhanced our customer centric approach  with  faster response times and dedicated service teams.We have 24/7 customer support and AI-driven chatbots for quick issue resolution.We have invested heavily  in advanced technology and Innovation by introducing 

next-gen communication devices with improved durability and better connectivity, ensuring seamless operations for enterprise and SMB’s

We have collaborated with industry leaders for Market expansion and expanded distribution networks  to ensure wider accessibility and faster issue resolution. By implementing these strategies, we aim to drive superior customer satisfaction, ensuring seamless, secure, and efficient communication and security solutions in 2025.

Venkatesh Palanidas : We prioritize upskilling and technological preparedness through rigorous training programs. All engineers are mandated to obtain certifications for new systems, ensuring they stay current with technological advancements. This extends to municipal staff using our waste management technology and local talent involved in setting up and maintaining infrastructure, such as cameras on highways. We also focus on raising awareness among citizens to engage them in initiatives like Clean City programs. Our goal is to enhance employability and ensure that communities are well-prepared to use and maintain modern technologies. 

IT VOICE :  How are you optimizing operations to maintain cost efficiency and quality?

Venkatesh Palanidas : To balance cost efficiency and quality, we are constantly adopting and combining technology-driven solutions, streamlined processes, strategic outsourcing, and continuous improvement practices. Leveraging automation, cloud infrastructure, data analytics, and agile methodologies allows us to optimize both costs and quality while keeping up with market demands.


IT VOICE : What role will marketing and brand positioning play in achieving your goals for 2025?

Venkatesh Palanidas : Ensuring a unified brand experience across all touchpoints is crucial for a strong brand presence. Consistency in customer communication  builds brand recognition, trust, and ultimately, customer loyalty.. Our measurement approach tackles brand impact through several key areas.  First, we focus on brand awareness. We track brand mentions, website traffic, and social media engagement. This data helps us understand how effectively our messaging reaches the target audience .Next, we delve into brand recall. We conduct surveys and analyze online reviews to gauge customer sentiment and identify areas for improvement in messaging and product offerings. This allows us to refine our approach to ensure it resonates with the target market. Brand perception is another crucial aspect. We analyze online reviews, social media conversations, and customer feedback to understand how customers perceive our brand. This allows us to identify areas where our brand image might not be aligned with the intended message. By addressing these inconsistencies, we can ensure our brand resonates with the target audience on an emotional level. The goal is to ensure our brand message is clear and consistent throughout the customer journey.
