Windrose Capital declared the initial close of “The Next Billion Fund” which will invest up to $30 Million in early-stage high growth start-ups across India. Windrose Capital is spearheading the Venture Capital industry in Pune, with “The Next Billion Fund” being the 1stregulated VC Fund from the city. In a short span of time since the fund launch, Windrose Capital has already made investments in multiple start-ups from the financial services, healthcare logistics, and the AI-based data insights space.
