ITVoice News: Videocon has launched their new Infinium Graphite flagship smartphone in India at Rs 10,499, powered by Android KitKat 4.4. The phone has been launched keeping in the recent trend of clicking selfies and to serve the purpose the phone features an advanced 5MP front camera.
The phone features 1GB RAM, 8MP rear camera, dual-sim support, 11.94-cm (4.7-inch) HD LTPS OGS display with Corning Gorilla Glass 3 protection and 1.3GHz quad-core processor. The smartphone’s in-built storage is 16GB which can be expanded till 32GB via microSD card. The main camera has LED flash and its connectivity options include Bluetooth 4.0, Wi-Fi, Micro-USB, GPRS/ EDGE and 3G. It has a quad core chip from MediaTek and several apps are pre-loaded in the handset like Hungama Music Application, V-Safe SOS, Try & Buy Gameloft Gamesa, V-Secure and many others. Some special effects are also integrated into the device like Flip to mute or Reversal Silence.
Additional features of the device include ‘Touch Gesture Awake‘ features like ‘C’, ‘M’ and ‘O’ which remain on the lock screen to open the dial screen, music player and camera, respectively. Earlier this month Videocon launched another budget smartphone, which was also focused on the selfie age, Infinium Z40 Quad, and it was priced at Rs 5,490. There is still no word when the phone will be available in the markets, as of now.
