IT Voice : What is your present focus of operations in India?
Mr. Kumar : Present focus of operations in India is addressing all verticals like manufacturing, ITES, BFSI, Government, Education and Pharma through focused partners and SI’s. We are looking to increase the business exponentially for vendors we are associated with.
IT Voice : Tell us about your distribution network and strategies for India market?
Mr. Kumar : Our distribution network rests on four pillars- Delivery, support, training and reach. We are at the moment distributing solutions from six locations in India to partners across India and hope to keep increasing that count. We have dedicated support centers in 3 locations now which provides online and telephonic support at no extra cost to all partners as well as end users across PAN India. We have highly trained resources in all locations who focus on partner enablement and regular training and certification to focused and registered partners. We carry huge stock of demo hardware as well as reasonable inventory to fulfill orders as well as showcase our hardware solutions with the shortest lead time possible.
IT Voice : What are the initiatives taken to popularize Satcom Infotech?
Mr. Kumar : So far the only initiative taken to popularize Satcom is providing unparalleled support to end users and partners, holding end user and partner seminars, partner certification programs and participating in relevant events.

Mr. Kumar : Satcom has always been a traditional value added distributor thereby going the extra mile to provide better and faster pre sales and post-sales support to partners.
