Virtusa Wins ‘Asia’s Best Employer Award 2014’

For the 2nd consecutive year, Virtusa has been recognized for pushing the boundaries of HR best practices and its contributions to the development of the HR practice in Asia.

Hailed as one of the most prestigious awards in the region, it was presented by Employer Branding Institute, World HRD Congress and Stars of the Industry Group at a grand ceremony on 1st August, 2014 at the Pan Pacific Hotel, Singapore.

Virtusa’s submission has set the standard for innovation and creativity for Virtusa through the use of gamification. Using gamification, Virtusa has successfully enhancing employee engagement and productivity, allowing it to attract and retain 86% of digitally savvy Millennial generation of employees.
