Vodafone India today unveiled its 4G service in the West Bengal circle with Siliguri.
The telecom major said 4G services will be rolled out across West Bengal over the next few months.
The launch in West Bengal follows the successful launch of Vodafone 4G services in Kerala, Karnataka, Kolkata, Delhi & NCR, Mumbai, Haryana UP East and Gujarat, Vodafone said in a statement.
The company said it is providing free upgrade to 4G for customers along with high-speed 4G SIM and customers buying greater than 1GB packs will get twice the data allowance and unlimited local Vodafone to Vodafone calls and 3-month access to free TV, movies & videos on Vodafone play, to boost customers on the 4G network.
“West Bengal is a strong leadership market for us and as the leading telecom service provider, our over 18 million customers have a lot to look forward to.
“Beginning with key business and residential corridors of Siliguri, we will soon expand our Vodafone 4G services across the entire circle in a phased manner,” Vodafone business head-West Bengal Circle, Anand Sahai said.
