Q) What will be your growth strategy in India for this financial year?
K7 Computing is known for working with its channel partners in growing its business year over year. Our growth strategy would be the same for this financial year as well. We are looking at significant growth in our customer base, across all verticals and across all regions and we will remain channel focused with our business revenues attributed through our channels. Our growth will also be propelled through the introduction of newer product technologies, and by providing the most responsive support for our partners and customers.
Q) With so many vendors offering security solutions, do you think customer loyalty is a major issue?
We believe that it is our responsibility to keep customers satisfied. Customer’s liking to a vendor is dependent on many things including product capabilities – ease of use, ease of deployment, performance, scalability, required feature set, Support quality, and Cost effectiveness. This can be summed up as Overall Customer Satisfaction & Total Cost of Ownership.
We at K7 strive to provide highest level of customer satisfaction and lowest total cost of ownership. We offer quality technical support to our customers through our toll free support center and field support in the region, K7 computing products are made in India keeping in mind the requirement of our Indian Customers, hence the ease of deployment, ease of use and migration being much simpler compared to other vendors and K7 offers the best price benefit for its existing customers including Version free software, minimal requirement on infrastructure.
Q) How do you think your enterprise channel partners should pitch K7 Computing to execute profitable business deals?
Positioning K7 security products for enterprises will always be rewarding for channel partners be it price margin, trade schemes or the sales and technical certification we offer them.Our products are superior to rest of the other products and we ensure that we are providing quality service to our partner’s customers and offer value for money for the customer at highly competitive price.
Our partners can always provide maximum value to their customers by pitching the significant differentiators we offer and the superior quality and reliability of the product.
Q) What are the key differentiators of K7 Computing in anti-virus market?
We are completely a channel driven company with clear understanding about the market insight. We have a new approach to the channel partners on the sales front while our products have the latest and most sought technologies embedded.

Q) What will be the company’s strategy as far as system integrators are concerned?
We are attributed completely to partners and all the customer requirement will be routed through partners. We work with our System Integrators in helping them win customers be it customers known to the System Integrator or us. We believe in enabling our system integrators to be owners for our business and we ensure we provide them with the required training, support and commercial independence to achieve the same.
Q) With virtualization and cloud gain across enterprise, what will be K7 Computing approach in this aspect?
K7 Computing is not just an Anti Virus or even and end point security company. We pride in our innovation capability and we are constantly looking at bringing solutions to market that solves customers security issues holistically. With Virtualization, Cloud, BYOD and many such concepts becoming reality, enterprises face new challenges as they try to keep their data, applications and critical assets secure from online threats. K7 as a thought leader in security, is building its technologies and products with this in mind and is working to introduce new products solving the challenges for the enterprise
Q) What are your plans for working with system integrators?
While we provide quality security solution at the right price, we work with the system integrators end to end equipping them with the latest news on security and industry. We provide certifications for the sales person and the technical person of the system integrators. CESA & CESE are our certification programs for Technical & Sales person respectively. We are also working on a Loyalty program for the reseller wherein the partner can earn for every leg of our product implementation.
Q) When it comes to channel expansion, can you please elaborate on company’s strategies on this aspect?
K7 computing is a channel driven company and we strongly believe in channel model. We work on region wise distributor model wherein the distributor appoints sub-distributors and resellers. Through this model we now have a pan-india presence and reach to tier-1, tier-2 and tier-3 towns. We foresee a huge potential in expanding our business through the continued channel expansion.
