“We cater to professionals seeking flexible workspaces.”-Mr.Paras Arora, CEO & Co-founder, Qdesq
What is the vision and USP of Qdesq as compared to other players in the same domain?
Mr.Paras Arora-:Qdesq’s vision is to be the largest flexible workspace ecosystem, delivering unmatched tech-enabled products and solutions to space providers and occupiers. Our USP is the brokerage-free service to the seekers.
What are the changes in policies and strategies, the company has initiated to successfully run this model?
Mr.Paras Arora-:Flexible workspaces initially catered to startups and freelancers; we, therefore, changed the entire outlook and brought out the advantages to larger enterprises. This made the workplace community more versatile. Qdesq cut down the hassle of searching several websites and talking to several providers which can take months, while we present customised options and ready to move-in, on-demand flexible workspaces.
Real Estate is facing the hard time in India, how much has it affected your company?
Mr.Paras Arora-:The disruption in the market is quite evident; one cannot deny the effects of the virus on the workflow. However, we view this time as a minor hurdle and see ourselves as the witness of a brighter future. The setback will eventually persuade people to have a BCP (Business Continuity Plan) solution for not only larger enterprises but smaller ones and startups as well.
What are the expected expansions?
Mr.Paras Arora-:Not applicable at the moment.
What is the company’s client base?
Mr.Paras Arora-:Our company covers clients from all walks of life as we cater to professionals seeking flexible workspaces. Qdesq’s clientele range from leading startups such as ClearTax and NowFloats, to global giants and big corporates such as Jefferies, Tripadvisor, Google, Avaya, Worldpay, Siemens, Zomato, and Hyundai.
Is the company planning any major collaboration, if any name it.
