In an exclusive interview with ITVoice, Mr. Anuj Jain, Managing Director, Eurotech Technologies Pvt Ltd., reveals his strategies for business in India..
ITVoice:-Being primarily a Network Solutions company, how do you engage with customers in the Indian telecom / enterprise market and also align yourself with government’s initiatives like Digital India and Smart Cities project?
Mr. Anuj Jain:-Eurotech Technologies has established itself well in the Indian enterprise space and has inked several significant partnerships with various systems integrators. The Indian market is fast growing and offers tremendous opportunities for us. Our focus is supported by ready availability of our products in India, aggressive price points, especially when compared to other premium brands, complete range of solutions, qualified partners, and strong support and post sales services.
We have established BestNet brand through greater market penetration and have augmented the brand equity. We are scaling up our operations through partners across enterprises, SMBs and mid-market segments and have successfully managed to deliver consistent results and remained competitive and committed to improve revenues.
Our marketing strategy in India focuses on understanding the specific needs of the Indian market and delivering articulate solutions. Digital India and smart cities offers enormous business possibilities, and, with the government becoming a significant buyer, there is a massive opportunity for the ICT/ Networking industry.
ITVoice:-The cabling solutions Eurotech has and how is it integrating in the Data centre space.
Mr. Anuj Jain:-Addressing the Indian market, Eurotech Technologies has an extensive product line across fiber and copper (cables, outlets, connectors, patch panels and more), and all our products are certified as component level according to TIA and ISO/IEC standards making them fully compatible with any certified product in the market. On the other hand, our pricing is very competitive and that makes our offering just about the best return on investment.
The Indian market has great potential. Datacenters are a key growth contributor mainly the datacenter modernization initiatives, as Indian enterprises focus on building new intelligent datacenters while optimizing existing hardware assets.
ITVoice:-Since networking is a highly contested segment in India, what sets Eurotech unique from other prominent players in the market?
Mr. Anuj Jain:-Our solutions enable enterprises to increase efficiencies, improve performance and build competitive advantage – backed by a rapid return on investment and low total cost of ownership. In this dynamic market we have established brand equity and customers trust our brand and we capitalize on that. A highly competitive pricing is another factor which gives us preference over others.
ITVoice:- Eurotech recently forayed in the enterprise CCTV surveillance market, what is the range of solutions company offers in this space?
Mr. Anuj Jain:- The BestNet Surveillance product line-up is available in 20 plus models and comprises of IR Big Bullet Camera’s and IR Dome Camera’s to suit a variety of applications. To take full advantage of the high-quality images offered by the 700TVL, 800TVL, 900TVL and 1200TVL cameras, these models are designed to be coupled with feature-rich and powerful DVRs. Currently we offer 4,8,16 & 32 Channel standalone DVRs, equipped with HDMI port to offer advanced surveillance solution at affordable costs.
To offer adequate surveillance solution, we also offer a wide range accessories that include: CCTV Cables, Controllers, Converters, Power supplies, Chassis, PoE splitter box, compact PoE switch port, PoE splitter cable, PoE injector, Video and Audio Balun and so on.
ITVoice:-What is your channel policy to nurture the partner ecosystem and facilitate their growth?
Mr. Anuj Jain:-We value our partners as they do a lot to nurture the brand. We visualize that channel partners will be playing a significant role in helping customers choose the right solution and deploy. We are working towards empowering our channel partners with customized and specific solutions made to suit their customer’s infrastructure needs. Apart from attractive price-points and competitive margins, Eurotech Technologies offers its partners with necessary training & education (including technical, product & sales training), product demonstrations and pre-sales support.
In India, we have an established partner network and we continue to invest considerably in building up local partners. Partners are an important element in our growth strategy as they help create opportunities, strengthen portfolio and help us enter new market segments.
ITVoice:-What will be your go to market strategy in 2016 in terms of expanding presence across the regions and verticals?
