Wipro’s cloud-based, managed mobility services will span SAP solutions, including SAP mobile platform, SAP work manager mobile application and SAP mobile secure solution for mobile device and application management.
“As we see an increase in investments in mobility from companies across utilities, mining, government and retail sectors, our offering will enable a game-changing proposition in the enterprise-mobility space,” Wipro global head for mobility services Gaurav Dhall said in the statement.
Enterprises are investing in mobility solutions for increased productivity and agility from their workforce and to improve customer engagement.
“Our model of engagement helps eliminate the need for upfront investment in licenses or mobile infrastructure, providing customers flexibility and scalability when building their mobile enterprise,” Dhall pointed out.
Wipro will provide ready-to-deploy mobile solutions, leveraging enterprise systems to enable SAP customers gain business value.
