Renaissance 2014 witnessed a marvelous showcase of employee camaraderie, celebration and talent.
New Delhi, January 28, 2014: – Xavient Information Systems Inc., the leading IT services and solutions provider celebrated the 5th edition of their much awaited annual fest Xavient Renaissance 2014.
Xavient Renaissance started 5 years back, with the intention of celebrating the success of the past year and welcoming the new year. This is an annual fest of merriment that gathers all employees to recognise their professional performances throughout the year along with their families. The employees also exhibit their talent in various fields of art. The event also features an award ceremony which has various titles like Star performers of the month, quarters, Long service awards (employees who have spent more than 7 years and 10 years), XPL (Xavient Premier League) awards and Xavient’s Got Talent.
Mr. Arshad Majeed, EVP, Xavient and also the Chief Guest of the year for the event, elaborated, “In keeping with the legacy of the fest, this year too saw a fabulous response and participation from all the employees. It was indeed a pleasure to be a part of the event and witness the kind of talent we have in the company which goes beyond professional skills. This is also a platform to recognise the achievers of the year, further encouraging them to excel in their profiles and inspire those who haven’t won to persevere towards winning next year.”
The Renaissance stands out amongst other IT fests, as unlike them, Xavient provides A casual platform of fun and frolic. It also gives a platform like Xavient’s Got Talent (XGT) that nurtures aptitudes and has live performances by employees showcasing their talents.
The major highlight of this event was the launch of the official music band Xerenity by Xavient’s employees, who were also the winners of XGT 2013. Besides music, there were extravagant solo performances from employees on singing, dancing and standup comedy. The fresher stream performed a funny dance act which was the most applauded act. The event was anchored by a five member team who were truly professional and competent in their performance. The Xavient privilege card was also launched for their employees and their spouses to enjoy discounts and benefits at branded outlets of all categories. These outlets provide discounts and offers exclusively to Xavient Privilege card holders. The long service awards were presented to around employees who have been part of Xavient family for quite a long time now.
The annual fest Renaissance 2014 climaxed with the Xavient anthem, exhibiting the true spirit of Xavient’s oneness.
