Xiaomi has finally launched its flagship smartphone Mi 5 in India. The company has priced the device at Rs 24,999 and it will be available at mi.com via flash sale model starting from April 6.
Talking about the specifications, the Xiaomi Mi 5 flaunts a 5.15-inch full HD display with 1920×1080 pixels resolution. The handset runs on Android 6.0 Marshmallow operating system and is powered by a quad-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 820 processor. The device offers 3GB of RAM and 32GB of internal storage.
The smartphone comes with dual sim functionality and also incorporates a fingerprint and infrared sensor. For photography, the handset comes equipped with a 16MP rear camera with dual tone LED flash and a 4MP front snapper.
The connectivity options of the device include 4G, LTE, 3G, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, GPS, NFC, USB Type C and packs a 3,000 mAh battery with Qualcomm Quick Charge support.
Recently, Xiaomi launched the budget smartphone Redmi Note 3 with a price tag of Rs 9,999. The smartphone features a 5.5-inch full HD display with 1080×1920 pixels resolution. It is powered by a hexa-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 650 processor paired with 2GB/3GB of RAM. The internal storage of the handset stands at 16GB/32GB. It comes with hybrid dual sim + microSD card slot and runs on Android 5.1 Lollipop operating system.
