Xiaomi has recently introduced the much-anticipated Black Mi 4i variant in India. The firm has reportedly announced its launch by posting a teaser video on Facebook titled ‘Welcome to the dark side.’
The device sports a 13 cm (5-inch) full-HD IPS display with a resolution of 1080×1920 pixels. Powered by a 64-bit octa-core Snapdragon 615 processor and Adreno 405 GPU, it features 2GB RAM and 16GB ROM with no expansion slot. The phone runs on Android 5.0 Lollipop with MIUI 6.
It sports a 13MP rear camera with f/2.0 aperture and dual-tone flash along with a 5MP front-facing camera to capture beautiful selfies.
Backed by a 3120mAh battery, its connectivity options include Bluetooth 4.1, 802.11ac, GPS/Glonass, Wi-Fi Direct and USB. Though the firm had previously announced that the Mi 4i will be released in orange, white, light blue, black and pink colours, the device was available only in white, ever since its first flash sale on April 30.
If the latest reports are to be believed, the Black variant of the Mi 4i smartphone is reportedly planning to launch in India on June 10.
