Business Solutions Magazine names Zebra to list for 9th consecutive year
Zebra Technologies Corporation(NASDAQ: ZBRA), a global leader in providing solutions and services that give enterprises real-time visibility into their operations, has been named a Best Channel Vendor by Business Solutions Magazine for the ninth consecutive year.
Business Solutions Magazine’s annual survey asks its value-added reseller (VAR), managed service provider (MSP), and independent software vendor (ISV) subscribers to rate their top vendor partners. Zebra Technologies’ partners reported a high level of satisfaction with the company’s innovation, service/support as well as product features and reliability.
KEY FACTS
• Business Solutions Magazine’s survey included seven categories: service/support, product features, product reliability, product innovation, channel friendliness, channel program, and adequate VAR margins.
• Survey respondents made their judgments based on a scale ranging from 5 (best) to 0 (worst). The vendors who scored within the top five percent of each surveyed technology category were named 2017 Best Channel Vendors.
• The survey received 5,382 validated votes, and 2,685 VAR subscribers voted. Overall scores were determined by taking the cumulative scores of each of the seven categories and dividing that number by the number of VAR members who rated them.
• This award follows the April 2016 launch of Zebra’s new PartnerConnect Program, a flexible program that focuses on opportunity, profitability and simplicity for channel partners.
