Chinese smartphone brand ZTE has launched its latest budget smartphone in India. Dubbed as ZTE Blade A2 Plus, the smartphone is priced at Rs 11,999 and will be exclusively available on Flipkart starting February 6. It will be available in Sliver and Gold colour options. The smartphone features a 5.5-inch Full HD display of 1080×1920 pixel resolution. It runs Android 6.0 Marshmallow operating system and is powered by MediaTek MT6750T octa-core processor clocked at 1.5GHz coupled with 4GB RAM. There’s 32GB internal storage, expandable further up to 128GB via microSD cards. ZTE Blade A2 Plus sports a 13MP rear camera with LED flash, along with a 5MP front-facing snapper for selfies. The device also has a fingerprint sensor and offers hybrid dual-SIM support.
Major connectivity options of the device include 4G LTE, 3G, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth and GPS and is backed by a 5000 mAh battery with fast-charging capabilities.
Last year, ZTE launched a flip smartphone in the US. Dubbed CYMBAL-T, the smartphone bears a price tag of $99.95.
ZTE CYMBAL-T runs Android 5.0 Lollipop operating system and features a 3.5-inch touch display. It is powered by a 1.1GHz quad-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 210 chipset coupled with 1GB of RAM. There’s also 8GB of internal storage, expandable up to 32GB via microSD cards.
For imaging duties, the clamshell-style CYMBAL-T sports a 5MP primary camera with LED flash and a 2MP selfie-shooter. Connectivity options include 4G, LTE, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth and GPS.
