A missing Threads feature caught the attention of Musk, Dorsey

Threads has made a strong debut as a potential rival to Twitter, generating over 95 million posts within just 48 hours.

However, some users have raised concerns about the appearance of the feed. One Twitter user even mentioned uninstalling the app due to the absence of a following tab.

This tweet caught the attention of Elon Musk and former Twitter CEO Jack Dorsey, who took a jab at Meta and Threads, highlighting their lack of user control over algorithms.

In response, Adam Mosseri, head of Instagram, assured users that Threads would introduce a chronological feed, just like Instagram and Facebook offer. Despite the initial success of Threads with over 50 million sign-ups and nearly 100 million posts, Mosseri emphasized that the true test lies in whether users find long-term value in the app.
