Apple is reportedly considering the eighth betas of iOS 17 and iPadOS 17 to be the final versions, with plans to release both simultaneously.
This follows the annual staggered release pattern where new software versions are announced at Apple’s fall event and undergo extensive beta testing.
iOS 16 and iPadOS 16 had a staggered release last year due to issues, but iOS 17 and iPadOS 17 are expected to arrive shortly after the iPhone 15 launch announcement on September 12, featuring various new features and improvements.
