Headquartered in New Delhi, Quantum Hi-Tech, the company is the frontrunner in consumer electronics, security solutions & high-quality IT hardware/peripherals, with its unfailing commitment to the highest standards of quality. Below is an excerpt from a recent interaction between team IT-Voice and Arnav Mutneja- Director at Quantum Hi-Tech:
Prateek: What will be your strategy to position Quantum in a hyper-competitive market like India?
Arnav Mutneja: Even as the market has always been competitive, our brand is well recognized and our offerings are far superior to our competition. We have had a loyal customer base that understands what we offer and has been associated with us for decades. To reaffirm our solid positioning in the market, Quantum will soon enter new product segments and offer robustness and ease of use while adding innovation.
Prateek: From handset accessories to power banks, which segment is most talked about?
Arnav Mutneja: We are very excited to enter the higher wattage all-in-one accessories market that has opened up due to standardization on the Type C platform, thereby enabling products with universality and interoperability.
We are also excited to enter the Hearable space with our range of audio products specifically tuned for the Indian music type. This space is ever expanding and a brand like ours is ought to be placed here.
Prateek: How do you balance between the online and offline platforms given the volatile market conditions due to the pandemic?
Arnav Mutneja: We are one of the few brands who have really cracked a hybrid distribution model including B2B, e-commerce, D2C sales through our website and also pan-India offline distribution. Such balancing act gives us enormous opportunity to reduce downtime due to disruptions and maximize sales of different product categories through best suited channels.
Prateek: What are the policies of the company for enhancing the after-sale service experience for customer satisfaction?
Arnav Mutneja: For us, Customer is king. Service and support is the backbone of any brand in today’s time. We want our customers to be happy with their purchase, not only with regard to quality but also with peace of mind, by reassuring that we are here to help if anything goes wrong. That peace of mind in our opinion is priceless. Our pan-India service network is ever expanding and getting better equipped to serve the customers faster and in a better way!
Prateek: Are there any exciting products lined up for launch? And what are the plans for expansion in India and abroad?
Arnav Mutneja: As I mentioned, we are entering the Audio space aggressively. Q1 2022 will have our entire focus on this segment. Not forgetting our humble beginnings as an IT brand, we plan also on expanding the IT range all through 2022 phasing out older models and bringing about new and enhanced products.
This year we also plan on exporting to the Middle Eastern markets and also cater to demands from the European markets. Our strategic tie ups with manufacturers in India will help us achieve the edge we require to crack exports.
