ASUS India Celebrates Opening of 300th Store in Bengaluru, Strengthening Retail Expansion

ASUS, the renowned Taiwanese technology company, has marked a significant achievement with the launch of its 300th store in Bengaluru, Karnataka. The store, located at the Mall of Asia in Byataranyanpura, spans over 700 sq ft and is the brand’s first Pegasus store in Bengaluru and the third in Karnataka. Inaugurated by Alan Walker, global brand ambassador for ASUS Republic of Gamers, the store will offer a wide array of ASUS products, including Vivobooks, Zenbooks, ROG laptops, gaming desktops, all-in-one PCs, and accessories.

This new store opening highlights ASUS’ commitment to enhancing customer experiences by offering hands-on access to innovative products, along with exceptional customer support. ASUS’ retail strategy focuses on creating engaging and educational experiences, promoting an experiential purchase journey.

Arnold Su, Vice President of Consumer and Gaming PC, System Business Group, ASUS India, expressed his pride in reaching the 300-store milestone. He emphasized the importance of the in-store experience during the purchase decision-making process, noting that ASUS is dedicated to offering seamless customer interactions. Looking ahead, the company plans to expand its presence in metropolitan areas as well as tier II and III cities, further strengthening its retail network and meeting the evolving needs of customers.

ASUS has seen rapid growth, expanding from 50 stores in 2020 to 300 in 2024. The company also plans to increase its footprint across more than 600 districts in India over the next two years. Additionally, ASUS has established around 1,500 premium kiosks in tier III and IV cities and operates 5,000 dealer shops across the country. Its products are also available through e-commerce platforms such as Amazon, Flipkart, and other retail outlets like Croma, Vijay Sales, and Reliance Digital.

To enhance accessibility and customer engagement, ASUS has launched six new Select Stores in major IT markets. The company is also upgrading its customer service infrastructure, with over 100 centers redesigned to align with modern standards, reinforcing its dedication to excellent service and support.
