BITOAA Celebrates 16th Annual Get-Together, Strengthening Community Ties and Highlighting Achievements

The Bhoj Information Technology & Office Automation Dealers Association (BITOAA), a leader in social responsibility and IT progress in Bhopal, successfully hosted its 16th Annual Get-Together at Rajpal Mayuri Greenwood Garden on Bhadbhada Road. The event saw a remarkable turnout of approximately 500 members and their families, emphasizing BITOAA’s dedication to fostering community spirit while supporting key causes such as women’s empowerment and education.

This year’s gathering marked the 18th anniversary of BITOAA, celebrating its long-standing role in facilitating professional and social connections among its members. The event featured a range of family-friendly activities, with children’s talent competitions adding a fun and engaging element to the day. One of the highlights was the “Mr. and Mrs. BITOAA” contest, where Mr. Ashok Gautam and his wife were recognized, making the occasion even more special.

A strong focus on social causes was evident throughout the event. A special segment dedicated to women’s empowerment honored the pivotal role women play in the community. BITOAA also took the opportunity to recognize outstanding students from its members’ families for their academic and extracurricular excellence over the past year.

The event was made possible by the dedicated efforts of BITOAA’s executive committee, led by President Lalit Jain, Secretary Dhirendra Patel, Vice President Nasir Khan, Treasurer Bunty Gaur, Joint Secretary Mushtaq Khan, and core team members including Anil Singhal, Rakesh Srivastava, Bhupendra Gaur, Sandeep Baber, Vinod Patel, and Media Coordinator Ajay Meena. Their meticulous planning ensured that the event was a success and provided a meaningful experience for all attendees.

BITOAA continues to be a driving force in the IT community in Bhopal, fostering connections and supporting social development with a long-term focus on societal progress.
