Highlights MetricStream’s significant customer adoption in Australia, as well the increasing adoption of MetricStream solutions by government administrations
Campaspe Shire Council located in Victoria, Australia, has selected MetricStream, a market leader in enterprise-wide Governance, Risk, Compliance (GRC) and Quality Management Solutions, to enable the execution of their risk management strategy. The Council will use MetricStream Enterprise Risk Management Solution to streamline, automate, and standardise their risk management processes. In doing so, the solution will help establish a pervasive risk management culture across all levels of the organization – extending from the Council and management team, to employees, contractors, committees, and volunteers.
The solution will enable and support the entire process of risk assessments, risk treatment, risk reporting, decision-making, and planning processes. It will also be used to manage policies, investigate and remediate risk related issues, and monitor compliance with risk management standards and guidelines, particularly AS/NZS ISO 9001 and AS/NZS ISO 31000:2009. In addition, the solution will help manage all health and safety incidents through a comprehensive root cause analysis, risk rating, auditing of outcomes, and corrective action.
