Following its appearance on Geekbench last week, the MediaTek Dimensity 9300 SoC has now been spotted on AnTuTu 10 benchmarks, achieving an impressive score of over 2 million points. This exceptional performance ranks it at the top of the benchmark charts for Android phones.
The Dimensity 9300 features a robust configuration, with four ultra-large cores of the Cortex-X4 variety and an additional four large cores of the Cortex-A720 type in the CPU, alongside the Immortalis G720 MC12 GPU. This SoC supports LPDDR5X RAM and UFS 4.0 storage. During testing, the device was equipped with 16GB of RAM, 512GB of storage, ran Android 14, and boasted a 120Hz screen.
Notably, the AnTuTu 10 score of 2,055,084 points is a substantial improvement over the Dimensity 9200 and 9200+ models. According to Digital Chat Station, a reputable leaker, it’s possible that some smartphones featuring the Dimensity 9300 could achieve even higher scores.
To gain a clearer perspective on the Dimensity 9300’s capabilities, comparisons with the Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 SoC are eagerly anticipated, with an expected introduction later this week. While the Dimensity 9300’s official launch date remains unconfirmed, rumors suggest it may occur in early November.
Early speculations indicate that the vivo X100 could be among the first smartphones to adopt the Dimensity 9300 SoC, with an expected release in November. Additionally, the OPPO Find X7 series is also slated to feature this chip. Xiaomi, on the other hand, is expected to prioritize the Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 for its Xiaomi 14 series, although it may opt for MediaTek’s flagship SoC in its Redmi K70 series.
