In the letter, Musk accuses Microsoft of unauthorized usage of Twitter users’ data without informing the social network, thereby violating their contractual agreement.
According to the letter addressed to Microsoft’s CEO, Satya Nadella, dated May 18, Spiro highlights that their recent examination of Microsoft’s activities on the Microsoft Apps suggests that the company may have violated several provisions of their agreement over an extended period of time.
The agreement in question pertains to the utilization of Twitter data, and Musk’s lawyer claims that Microsoft’s actions were not in compliance with the terms outlined in the agreement. This accusation further fuels the ongoing conflict between Musk and Microsoft, raising concerns about the handling of user data and contractual obligations.
