Unconfirmed images of the upcoming Mobvoi TicWatch Pro 5 have surfaced. The TickWatch Pro series’ evolution is skipped by Mobvoi, as indicated by the smartwatch’s name. According to the renders, a new Qualcomm chipset will power the smartwatch.
One of the first companies to confirm that it would use the most recent Qualcomm wearable chip family was Mobvoi. The new TicWatch Pro 5 will use this chip, which was introduced with the new lineup last July. The smartwatch hasn’t yet been given an official name, but Kuba Wojciechowski, a leaker, has alluded to it as the Pro 5.
In contrast to earlier incarnations, the TicWatch Pro 5 render displays a brand-new watch face with just one crown. Above it, there is a flush button and a revolving dial. But other TicWatch Pro model design elements are still present in the new watch. Like earlier Mobvoi products, it has a distinctive texture around the bezel, and the watch band is constructed of firm silicone.
The latest smartwatch from Mobvoi might soon be available to the general public. The TicWatch Pro 5 is anticipated to be quite popular even though Mobvoi has not yet released any official information. With the Snapdragon W5+, which was created using the 4nm technology, a few smartwatches have already been introduced. When compared to earlier CPUs, the Snapdragon W5+ has better power management and can increase battery life by up to 50%. In comparison to the Snapdragon Wear 4100+, it is also 30% smaller.
The forthcoming Mobvoi smartwatch’s complete specifications, cost, and availability details may be made public later this year. The TicWatch Pro 5 is elevated by Wear OS 3 support because it will be one of the first devices to do so.
