Samsung is gearing up to introduce the Galaxy Watch 6 Classic PXG Edition, a result of its collaboration with the esteemed golf brand PXG. This smartwatch will hit the shelves on September 15 in South Korea, marking the third partnership between Samsung and PXG. The Galaxy Watch 6 Classic PXG Edition amalgamates the timeless elegance of analog watches with PXG’s premium allure.
For added collectible value, Samsung will offer the Galaxy Watch 6 Classic PXG Edition in a special package. This package will include the Galaxy Watch 6, two varieties of PXG watch straps, a PXG ball pouch, a PXG golf ball, and a PXG ball marker. Users will also have access to two distinct PXG watch faces for their Galaxy Watch 6 Classic golf edition timepieces.
Additionally, the watch will be preloaded with Golfzon’s Smart Caddie app, designed for golf enthusiasts. This app provides details on 40,000 golf courses worldwide and offers practical features like automatic shot tracking, which records shot locations and counts using the watch’s sensors during a round. Other features encompass distance measurement and an enhanced golfing experience.
The Galaxy Watch 6 Classic PXG Edition will be available in two sizes: 43mm and 47mm. The 43mm variant will be priced at KRW 869,000 (approximately $656), while the 47mm version will retail for KRW 899,000 (roughly $678). These watches will be released in limited quantities starting from September 15 and can be purchased through various online outlets, including Samsung.com, Golfzone Market, and Golfing.com.
For those who prefer physical stores, the watches will also be stocked at select offline locations, such as Samsung Gangnam, Samsung Store Shinsegae Gangnam, Samsung Store Hyundai Apgujeong/Trade Center, and Samsung Store Lotte Jamsil/Busan. The first 200 customers buying the Watch 6 Classic PXG Edition at Samsung Gangnam will receive a voucher worth KRW 100,000, redeemable for ‘PXG Club Fitting.’
