GoPro has unveiled the HERO12 Black camera and the Max Lens Mod 2.0 accessory. The HERO12 Black camera offers extended battery life, excellent video stabilization, high dynamic range photos, high-resolution videos, slow-motion capabilities, and wireless audio recording compatibility. It also supports various aspect ratios and excels in night photography. Subscribers enjoy automatic cloud uploads and a damaged camera replacement policy.
The Max Lens Mod 2.0 accessory widens the field of view, offers GP-Log and Look Up Tables (LUTs) for post-production editing, and features 177° field of view at 4K resolution. It is durable, scratch-resistant, and water-repellent.
GoPro is introducing a collapsible 48-inch extension pole with a waterproof Bluetooth shutter remote. Additionally, the Quik desktop app for powerful editing will be available for subscribers on Mac in November 2023 and Windows in Summer 2024.
The GoPro HERO12 Black is priced at USD 399.99 (Rs. 33,260 approx.), and the Max Lens Mod 2.0 can be pre-ordered for USD 99.99 (Rs. 8,315 approx.) on GoPro.com. Both products will be available worldwide on September 13, along with the HERO12 Black Creator Edition priced at USD 599.99 (Rs. 49,890 approx.).
The Extension Pole + Waterproof Shutter Remote will be available in October 2023.
