A day event, the Hitachi Data Systems India Partner Leadership Summit 2014 was held at the Taj West End, Bengaluru on June 19th. The event is an annual leadership meet of HDS executive team with their Partner Ecosystem. The aim of this summit was to discuss and develop pioneering enterprise solutions to face the ever changing technological world, subsequent data changes and hence the dynamic customer needs. The agenda of event was built towards transforming opportunities into success stories and hence was themed as TRANSFORM.
NeoNiche was chosen as the preferred partner by way of a multi-agency pitch comprising of cost and creative representation. The format of the event comprised of knowledge sessions as well as entertainment. NeoNiche was responsible for end-to-end execution of the event, right from creation of the communication to RSVP management of the partners, arrangement of partner travel & stay logistics to executing the entire event on-site. The event was host to over 80 attendees including partners and employees. The setup of the event consisted of a customised design which could easily transform for the evening ambience from the serious business look of the day. Some of the other important elements of the event were the HDS Solutions Demo zone and an e-collateral kiosk thathelped create an all-inclusive experience for the guests. Voting pads were used as a means to obtain session feedback- the basis of post event report.The Cocktail and Dinner session held later in the evening served as a good networking session amidst the versatile and soothing musical performance by Benny Dayal, a popular Indian musician. Awards and recognition was an integral part of the evening entertainment and was seamlessly woven making it a nice mix of work and entertainment befitting the audience profile.
