HMD Global, the company holding the Nokia smartphone rights, has introduced two new devices in the US market. The Nokia G310 5G and Nokia C210 are now featured on the company’s website and will soon be accessible through Metro by T-Mobile at an affordable cost.
The Nokia G310 is equipped with a Snapdragon 480+ chipset and a memory combination of 4/128 GB. The device sports a 6.56″ LCD front panel with a waterdrop notch housing an 8 MP selfie camera. On the back, there’s a trio of cameras – a 50 MP main shooter with AF, accompanied by 2 MP depth and 2 MP macro sensors. The phone offers AI filters for images and records video with Nokia OZO Audio for enhanced sound quality.
Powering the G310 is a 5,000 mAh battery with support for 20W fast charging. Other features include Android 13, a 3.5 mm audio jack, a micro SD slot, and splash protection. Nokia has designed the phone with repairability in mind, allowing users to self-repair the device using guides and genuine spare parts provided by Nokia.
The Nokia G310 5G comes in Blue and will be available at T-Mobile and Metro by T-Mobile stores, both physical and online, starting from August 24 at a price of $186.
On the other hand, the Nokia C210, part of the more budget-friendly C series, is equipped with a Snapdragon 662 chipset, 3 GB RAM, and 32 GB storage. The device features a 6.3″ LCD front display with 720p resolution and Gorilla Glass 3 protection.
The front camera is 5 MP, while the dual camera setup on the back includes a 13 MP main sensor and a 2 MP depth sensor. The phone is powered by a 3,000 mAh battery and runs on Android 13. It offers a 3.5 mm audio jack, Bluetooth 5.1, and Nokia’s OZO Audio feature for improved sound quality in videos. The Nokia C210 is tailored for those seeking an affordable smartphone, priced at $109. It will be exclusively available through Metro by T-Mobile stores and online, starting from September 14.
