The Indian phone maker, iBall launched yet another Android smartphone for the Indian market. The iBall Andi 4.5-K6, the latest member of the Andi-series, is launched at a price of Rs 7,899.
Earlier, the Andi 4.5-K6 was available online at a price of Rs 7,395 in December, last year. This is the formal launch from the company’s end and the phone will now be available in physical stores as well. The iBall Andy 4.5-K6 is a dual-SIM (GSM + GSM) with dual standby, 3G-enabled smartphone. The phone is powered by Android 4.2.2 Jelly Bean out-of-the-box.
The smartphone comes packed with a 11.4-cm (4.5-inch) qHD 540 x 960 pixels IPS display with a pixel density of 245ppi. The smartphone runs on a dual-core 1.3GHz Cortex A7 processor (unspecified chipset) with a PowerVR SGX544 GPU and 1GB RAM. The new iBall Andi features an 8 MP rear camera with LED flash, and a front-facing camera (with unspecified resolution). The phone has a 4 GB inbuilt storage, which can be expanded up to 32 GB through a microSD card. The smartphone further has a 1600mAh battery.
Andi 4.5-K6 includes connectivity options like Wi-Fi, Wi-Fi direct, Bluetooth, EDGE /GPRS, GPS, Micro-USB and FM radio with recording. It’s dimensions include 136.6 x 67 x 10.6 mm and weighs 153 grams. Sandeep Parasrampuria, the director of iBall, said, “Andi 4.5-K6 is beautifully crafted with a sleek and slim design that is first on every users mind and is terrific performer with its technology loaded features,” in an NDTV report.
