IMPRESSIVE STAR SOFTWARES (Master Partners of Tally) recently hosted the Conclave 2014 on 1st May 2014 at OM Towers, Jaipur. Invitees were among the 300 registered Tally Partners from all over Rajasthan.
Our continuous endeavour towards the partner benefit includes sequence of these kinds of activities – Mr. Tanuj Sinha (Sales Head, Impressive Star) was happily sharing the success of the event with C&C. The agenda of the conclave is a mix of get-together, business discussion, fun & honour. He proudly said that since this conclave is an established event, our partners now wait for it.
The evening started with punctuality, most of the outstation partners were on time. A thrilling quiz was the first experience followed by a food of Thought related to Partner Development by Mr. Sinha. Further adding to the discussion Mr. Sinha made the entire ecosystem to think over how we can ensure our presence in the market by developing our Assets. As per him, today it is a Customer Centric market and to reach the heights we need to take care of Customers as well as our Staff/Assets. He also gave the Mantra- The core of business is happy customer and their satisfaction. Development of customer relation helps us to attain new heights .
Talking about the strategies and road map of the company in year 2014 , Mr. Jai Bohra (Director & Chief Architect) discussed with the Partners that now Impressive Star will be majorly focussing on the Partner” development. He also shared certain WOW factors of Tally and the new Customizations developed by Impressive Team which is the need of an hour for all the users.
Mr. Bohra also shared few vertical specific solutions like Petrol Pump, Mandi, Tea Gardens, Pharma etc.
Mr.Bohra in his discussions with the Partners requested all to stop running haphazardly instead prioritize their work for smooth functioning. He further shared that need of an hour is ultimately results in over-all low cost of ownership & peace of mind.
Concluding the discussion Mr. Soam Shekhar (Founder & Director) stated that we being the first Tally Distribution House in Rajasthan are having a deep understanding of customers as well as the partners. Since past two decades we have come a long way of fulfilling the business need of the business. He thanks every participant for making the conclave a success again.
Guest of honour Mr. Sudipto Dey Regional Head from Tally Solutions Delhi addressed the Partners and talked about the current TSPL project i.e. Focus Approach.
At the end, now it was the time for awards & rewards. Each partner was presented with a token of owner & the punctual partners with the quiz winners were awarded first.

The bumper prize ‘Star of The Year’ was conferred for the second time in arrow to M/s Ashu Infotech, Jaipur. Mr. Ashu Goyal received the trophy for their outstanding performance.
At the end Mr. Tarun Taunk CEO of renound IT magazine IT Voice presented the latest edition of IT Voice with the coverage on Mr. Bharat Goyanka to the Regional Head Mr. Sudipto dey.
Mr. Rishi Jolly, Mr. Akhil Laroiya, Mr. Devesh Dutt Mathur form Tally Solutions were also present there. The event ended with a gala dinner.
