India’s leading B2B marketplace for buying and selling handicrafts at a competitive price, Craftezy has announced its ‘Craftezy Cares’ campaign with an aim to make a significant impact on artisans’ lives.
Under this campaign, Crafezy is using its 5% of revenues to benefit the artisans. With every transaction on the platform, a portion of Craftezy’s revenue will be donated to individual artisans with the help of NGOs. Post that, the artisan will be directly connected with the buyer. The buyer will also receive a handmade gift from that artisan, which Craftezy will purchase from the artisan.
While talking about the campaign Mr. Meet Shah, Founder of, Craftezy said, “We at Craftezy, care about this industry as a whole and not only the sellers and buyers on our platform. The real essence of this industry is these talented yet less fortunate artisans in remote areas who can’t make a decent living for themselves. It is our moral obligation to do something for them.
To explain the campaign, he added, “5% of our revenues will directly be routed towards these artisans through NGO’s and we will also be working closely with them to encourage them to create more products. Along with donating money, we will also be sourcing handmade products from these NGOs to give to our buyers as a present, which in turn will encourage them to keep on creating these more products.
