Jmax Mobile, the homegrown feature phone and mobile accessories brand organized its annual meeting Arambh Summit in The Fern Habitat, Goa on 10th to 13th April 2023 under the leadership of Mr. Sunil Jethwani -MD & Founder, Mr. Ginish Maggo – CEO and Mr. Anindya Ghosh – VP Sales, Jmax Mobile. The meeting aimed to foster closer and stronger ties between multiple departments in the company and recognize those who have performed extraordinarily in their field.
Many individuals were appreciated for their excellent performances and were awarded by the company. This includes Mr. Rajesh Kumar Singh who was awarded the Emerging Leader Award (Sales). The Company’s Consistence Performer Award was given to Mr. Jyoti R Das, Mr. Sutan Sarkar, Mr. Amresh Sinha, and Mr. Praveen were awarded Emerging Star Award.
Speaking on the occasion, Mr. Sunil Jethwani, MD & Founder, Jmax Mobile said, “The motive behind Arambh Summit 2023 is to introspect our efforts and plans for the future. We further discussed how to multiply our influence across the Indian market. Also, we appreciate our team for their yearly performances to boost their morale and spirits. During the annual meeting this year we discussed various plans and roadmaps for the year 2023 and what all new products we will be launching and the verticals we will be venturing into.”
Apart from inter-departmental activities, various discussions about the company’s growth and scope also took place including last year’s assessment, 2023 Road Map, double-fold growth in feature phones, and the launch of a new range of mobile accessories, TWS (wireless Bluetooth earbuds and range of smartwatch.
During the event, Mr. Ginish Maggo – CEO of Jmax Mobile said, “We have been watching industry trends very closely, we have collected market feed and articulated in our new coming product basket. Indian mobile accessories especially the smart wearable segment is growing at a decent pace. We have a great response coming from our channel partners in general trade and in the coming time, we also have a plan to launch a smartwatch in the eCommerce space. Our neckband, TWS earphones, and charging cables are well equipped to meet customers’ requirements at honest pricing”.
The organizers of this event ensured that employees had fun and gala time throughout the event. Toward the end of the event, the company celebrated Vice President Mr. Anindya Ghosh’s 3rd work anniversary with cake cutting ceremony. Mr. Ghosh was also awarded “PRESIDENT’S CIRCLE” by Mr. Sunil Jethwani – MD & Founder.
