Jahnavi-What has been the major focus of Lapcare? 

Atul– As a leading consumer tech brand, we are able to bring new technologies to market through our large network of channels across India. We focus on improving pre-existing products and getting new innovative products to our customer. Our current area of vertical concentration gaming series that we have recently launched for advanced users and gamers . Lapcare is a well-known brand in the B2B market, and we have started using e-commerce, LFR, and RLFR to boost sales in the B2C market .

Jahnavi-What vision does Lapcare have and what are the things which are aspired by Lapcare in the future? 

Atul-We already have over 200+ broad product lines, under the brand name Lapcare. Through the  launch of BT Speakers , Tower speakers expanded our audio product and have also recently launched gaming CHAMP series – Keyboard and Mouse and Mouse Pad  ) to our range.

Jahnavi-Considering Lapcare is an international company, how do you focus on and decide upon the long-term view of the company?

Atul-We target indian market and our focus is completely on Indian audience needs and requirement and give them quality products in affordable prices.

We aim at attaining customer delight and building an everlasting relationship with customers, vendors and partners, creating abundance for all who are linked with us.

This year our objective is to attain healthy profits with customer satisfaction and PAN India sales. To achieve our aim, we recently entered into the audio, hearable, and wearable market, with our latest launch of Portable Bluetooth speakers and Tower speakers, Gaming series and plan to gain the trust of our customers in these categories as well.

Jahnavi-Do you think social media can be considered a tool for marketing? How are you, as a company focusing on the same?

Atul-In today’s world, people are highly active on social media and are vocal about their preferences. Since social media platforms are open to all it gives businesses a chance to follow their consumers’ activities or potential buyers. This enables brands to create a more efficient marketing strategy for attracting more customers that fit their target audience’s likes, dislikes, and interests. We keep our audience updated by posting our new launches, existing products USP and utilities to our customers on regular basis.

Jahnavi-What marketing strategies are followed by Lapcare? How do you think and recognize which strategies are the best for your organization?

Atul-Our strategy is to reach Pan India audience updated about our new products, its utility and how it will make their lives easy and stress free at reasonable cost. We also give our customer best after sale services. We believe in long term, never ending relationship. Our objective is get products as per current trends keeping in mind the designs and technologies and make ppl aware of the availability of those quality products in latest designs and technology at affordable prices.

Jahnavi-What all services are offered by Lapcare and how do they benefit its customers?

Atul-Whenever we plan to get a new product in the market, our main objective is make our consumers lives easy even after purchasing the products. Lapcare has also been the pioneers to offer many consumer friendly schemes like Unique Lapcare Protection Plan, One Nation One Warranty, Return without proof of purchase that manifests Lapcare’s confidence in their product quality. 

Jahnavi-What factors are ensured by you for the crosschecking of the quality of the products? 

Atul-All the Lapcare products shipped from Mother warehouse are thoroughly checked. We have different stages like IQC, OQC, FQC to ensure the quality of the product.

We have different tools to test the product electrically and mechanically which meets all the parameters we defined in QC SOP.

Our engineers follow the quality checklist we have made for each and every product.

Also we do pilot runs on some samples before mass production takes place to ensure the product quality as per the customer needs

Jahnavi-How are you able to attain customer satisfaction considering there are different types of customers all over the globe and every individual has their own different needs to satisfy?

Atul-As a leading brand, we understand that a high level of customer satisfaction is a business goal for every brand and believe that it is the key to success. Since today’s generation does not shy away from expressing their needs & demands, the process has become much easier to collect feedback from our customers. We consider every feedback seriously and work to find a solution to the problem in order to keep our products and gadgets advancing and serve our customers to their greatest satisfaction. We get these products reviewed from tech experts as well to get the genuine feedback and if required improvise the product further.
