LeadSquared ramps up Indonesia focus

LeadSquared, a Bengaluru-based leader of end-to-end sales, marketing, and onboarding automation solutions, is ramping up focus in Indonesia with several initiatives to help the region’s customer base. The company hired its first Indonesian executives out of Jakarta and Bandung in the middle of 2021 and has begun work on setting up its local data center through Amazon Web Services.

While the LeadSquared software platform has been available in the Bahasa Indonesia language for over a year, customers will soon be able to host all their data within the country, compliant to any changing government regulations on data residency and privacy. The company has also launched its corporate website in Bahasa Indonesia, allowing web visitors to learn about its products and services in the local native language, and from there, connect with the local team directly.

Some of LeadSquared’s marquee customers include CoLearn, 99.co, Pintar, and PT Equine Global, and the company has also signed up three reseller partners across the country. The news comes on the heels of the opening of a Melbourne office and an investment of USD $153 million in its series C round of funding, pushing LeadSquared’s valuation past USD $1 billion. With its headquarters in Bengaluru, India, LeadSquared has a strong local presence in the United States, Australia, the Philippines, South Africa, and Indonesia.
