Korean smartphone major LG is all set to introduce a new budget smartphone after launching its flagship device the G3. The LG L60 smartphone is now listed on the company’s official website for Russia along with stipulation. There is however no word yet regarding the accurate pricing and availability of the device.
The LG L60 smartphone features a 10.922-cm (4.3-inch) WVGA TFT display with a 480×854 pixels resolution. It is powered by a 1.3GHz dual-core processor (unspecified chipset) coupled with 512MB of RAM. It sports a 5MP rear camera with LED flash and a 0.3MP front-facing camera. It comes with 4GB of inbuilt storage expandable up to 32GB via microSD card.
The dual-SIM device runs Android 4.4.2 KitKat out-of-the-box. Connectivity options include: GPRS/ EDGE, 3G, Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g/n, Bluetooth 4.0, GPS and Micro-USB. It decks in a 1, 540 mAh battery which can deliver up to 5.2 hours of talk time and 264 hours of standby time, according to the listing.
LG’s another smartphone in the L-series: the L70 is available in India at a price tag of Rs 14,500. It features an 11.4-cm (4.5-inch) WVGA display. It is powered by a 1.2 GHz dual-core Qualcomm processor coupled with 1GB RAM. The Android 4.4 powered mobile phone packs a 2100 mAh battery. It comes with 4GB internal storage, microSD card slot, 8MP rear camera and 1.3MP front camera. It comes with dual-SIM support, and connectivity options like Wi-Fi, Bluetooth and GPS.
