Micromax Canvas line-up has got a new entry with a new launch without much hype and this phone has seen some software enhancements too.
Micromax has unconfined a new Android smartphone, without creating any buzz. A new entry to Micromax Canvas series, this phone has been named Micromax Canvas Knight Cameo and it’s available at online shopping stores like Snapdeal for Rs 12,599.
This smartphone’s key stipulation include 11.94-cm (4.7-inch) 720p HD display, 1.4GHz octa-core processor, 1GB RAM, Android 4.4 OS, 8MP rear auto-focus camera, 5MP front fixed-focus camera, 8GB internal storage, microSD card slot and 2000 mAh battery. The phone has preloaded apps like Cube 26, Amazon, BookMyShow, Clean Master, Getit, Hike, Opera mini, Savan, Spuul, Swiftkey, Truecaller, Yatra, and Zapper.
Some new software has also been integrated into the phone like Smart-Alerts, Camera-Widget, Gallery-Collage, Quick-Look and Smart-Gesture. The phone is available in white and black colour variations. Micromax has some tough competitors in India like Motorola and Asus but still its market has been retained quite successfully. During Q2 Micromax has been the biggest mobile phone company in India. In terms of smartphones Micromax holds the second spot.
