We are pleased by this prestigious acknowledgment of Monster’s ongoing work delivering the best services, with simpler and user-friendly interfaces for both Employers and Jobseekers alike.

mPower Search has made the search for job candidates simpler, faster, and more intuitive for Employers. The biggest highlight of mPower is its cutting-edge technology – such as internal mapping stemming, which makes searches far more intuitive. In addition to this, amongst many other features, advanced auto keyword suggestion and the addition of “And/Or” operators between highest and 2nd highest education levels have made searches even more relevant for employers.

Broadly, mPower Search has a single scroll format, simpler navigation, and additional advanced filters. There are more icons for better visibility and search results are available in 2 formats – compact and detailed. There is also an option of dedicated Boolean Search and a provision to see confidential resumes separately in a new tab.

On the back of the success of mPower Search for Employers, Monster India has also revamped mPower search for job seekers, making job searches much friendlier and easier for them. mPower search allows seekers to now choose from similar industry clusters in one single click and offers simple navigation and advanced filters. It provides more options such as searching jobs by salary and direct browse options such as walk-in, contract, or special ability. Key skills have been added in the job search page. Additionally, mPower search will now search for synonyms with respect to the keyword entered and also consider keywords as a single phrase to ensure better results. Seekers can also view jobs which were viewed by other seekers who viewed the current job they are browsing
