IT Voice had already covered the official launch of the OnePlus Nord CE 3 Lite 5G earlier this month. Now that the CE 3 Lite is in the market, what’s next to look forward to in the OnePlus Nord series is the Nord 3, and the specifications and price range have been leaked ahead of its official release in the country.
The Nord CE 3 is expected to feature a 6.7-inch 1.5K AMOLED Display with a premium 120Hz refresh rate. The latest Nord is predicted to run on MediaTek’s Dimensity 9000 SoC and powered by a 5,000mAh battery for all-day backup, and paired with 80 W fast-charging.
The back will hosue a 64MP primary camera alongside an 8MP ultrawide module and a 2MP macro cam. The features are identical to the OnePlus Ace 2V, so the Nord 3 is expected to be a rebrand of the Ace 2V that released in China.
The smartphone is expected to release in the country 6 to 8 weeks from now, according to Yogesh Brar, a reliable tipster in the smartphone arena. The Nord 3 will fall in the 30-40K price bracket, which is not surprising as the company has been increasing the price steadily in successive generations of the Nord. The original Nord launched in 2020 was priced at Rs 24,999 for the 64GB variant. The OnePlus Nord 2 5G started at Rs 27,999 in India for the base variant with 6GB of RAM and 128GB of storage. Last year, the Nord 2T launched for Rs 28,999.
The company is yet to officially announce the Nord 3.
